Position: PROCESS SENIOR SPECIALIST

Job Description:

  • Responsible to analyze processes and to optimize workflows.
  • Coach and implement continuous improvement and productivity projects.
  • Participate in the new introduction plan required by customers in Japan.
  • Attend external and internal meeting related to subcontractors and customer.
  • Assist the General Manager in checking and directly report to General Manager and provide recommendations on operation flow improvement to meet customer requirements.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree of any Engineering course. A post-graduate is an advantage.
  • Must be proficient in both English and Japanese language.
  • With network related to Japanese companies.
  • With solid experience in process optimization and project management.
