Analyze, evaluate, and optimize the organization’s systems, processes, and technologies ensuring their accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.
Lead system design and development initiatives, including the creation of functional requirements, system specifications, technical documentation, and process flowcharts as well as conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and data models to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, evaluate existing systems, design and propose innovative solutions, address business challenges, improve operational efficiency, implement global best practices, and enhance customer experiences within the fintech domain
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for fintech system implementations and upgrades.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed system changes, upgrades, or enhancements.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of external systems and data sources.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the in-country and global fintech sector and recommend appropriate system enhancements or modifications to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role in the fintech industry.
In-depth knowledge of financial processes, systems, and regulations
Proficiency in system analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with BPMN and UML
API design experience
Experience in system architecture design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present ideas, and influence stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
