SENIOR MANAGER -CORPORATE PLANNING
* Establishes a blueprint for the future Customer experience (CX) in line with customer touch points.
* Leads in the development and maintenance of the CX-related systems tools together with their operational processes.
* Collaborates proactively with the involved business stakeholders, such as other departments, external parties, etc. based on necessity.
* Leads MMPC's Customer Experience (CX) strategy and Digital Transformation (DX) too implementation.
* Cascades MMPC's direction to department's activities to be updated on Company's standpoint.
* Communicates with MMC IT section as well other related functions.
* Reports to Management the latest situation/development of CX/DX section.
* Performs duties and responsibilities, and complies with all the Compliance + Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environment (C+SQCDE) standards
* Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
