Job Description

1. Responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling resources to achieve department’s objectives and targets.
2. To assure that targets for yield and quality are met.
3. To work as Technical adviser / TDK Japan interface mainly for Research and Development Program, New Project, Wafer Evaluation and Customer sample requirement.
4. Monitor quality performance according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate / advice / assist according to performance levels.
5. Responsible for the over-all performance of BIO MR Sensor in terms of manpower management, cost management and yield management

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field of study
2. Excellent analytical skills for evaluating information and solving complex problems
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficiency in foreign language such as Nihongo would be an advantage
