Senior Manager for Corporate Planning Department
Responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling various activities in corporate planning projects which include Total profit management, total operational management, result management, health and safety and periodic operational review.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Math Major in Computer Science, Economics, Instrumentation and other computer related course.
  • At least six years experience in software development for a car engineering control systems as software engineer and at least 4 years experience in supervisory./managerial capacity.
  • Able to read write Japanese Language and can understand specifications of computer program in Japanese.
  • Key competencies for Department Head includes continuous drive for achievement, commitment to organization and customer, problem solving, leadership, and organization and HR development.
