Position Title: SENIOR MANAGER - ENGINEERING VALUE ADD DEPARTMENT 

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice-President (EVP), this job is responsible for leading a team of engineers and specialists to identify, develop, and implement value-added engineering solutions that enhance automotive software's product quality, optimize production processes, and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions that align with business objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must have completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Math major in Computer Science, Instrumentation and other computer related courses.
  • At least six years’ experience in automotive software development as Software Engineer in Supervisory or Managerial level and at least four years as Senior Software Engineer in automotive field.
  • Has a vast work experience in Information Technology Planning, IT Security, Protocol and Maintenance, Help Desk Support, Network Management and Project Management.
  • Able to read, write Japanese language and can understand specifications of computer programs in Japanese.
