Job Description for Senior Manager:
  • Establish KPI’s and ensure the team achieves targets.  
  • Develop and maintain documentation and quality systems to ensure product designs are properly implemented

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 10 years management experience in the field of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout design.
  • Bachelor’s degree  holder
  • Must possess excellent English and communication skills.   
  • A strong understanding of Taiwan culture and business practices is expected.
