SENIOR DEPARTMENT MANAGER (GOV)

JOB TITLE: SENIOR MANAGER 

• Oversee and direct all aspects of the manufacturing process within a facility or organization, ensuring production goals are met, quality standards are maintained, and costs are controlled. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to optimize efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Overseeing daily operations, managing production schedules, and optimizing workflow to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures. ensuring products meet established standards and addressing any quality issues that arise.
• Managing and mentoring a team of supervisors and production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment and providing training and development opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing lean manufacturing principles and utilizing data analysis to drive efficiency gains.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment and implementing safety procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., engineering, supply chain, sales) to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion.
