Job Description:
Senior Manager – Transition Management Office: This position is to support the planning and execution of client transitions. Reporting to the General Manager – TMO, this role will be responsible for managing multiple transition projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of service quality and compliance.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute transition projects in alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned transitions and managing communication between internal teams and clients.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Support the development and refinement of transition methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure resource availability and readiness.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Coach and guide junior team members within the TMO.
