(1) SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

As the Company’s Senior Operations Manager, you shall plan and execute the supply chain management process which include hiring and training, operations, career progression, and retention of the employees. You shall deliver on SLA commitments and exceed customer satisfaction goals. You shall likewise forecast business volume and capacity planning, and ensure proactive management of business and operations trends.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in working for the BPO industry, preferably with management roles;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, or its equivalent;
  • Highly skilled in client relationship management, supply chain process, performance management, customer marketing, project management, managing shrinkages, and forecasting and analysis
  • Profound experience in progressive management and repeated success in developing program initiatives, directing project plans, and achieving revenue performance targets
