SENIOR MANAGER – DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND SOLUTIONING

Job Description:

• Process Improvement Function: Lead high impact/significant process improvement and transformation projects using Lean, DMAIC, Digital Transformation and other Six Sigma methodologies like DFSS etc. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Highlight risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle to respective business owner. Facilitate and identify potential areas for improvement and actively participate in improvement initiatives and drive incremental improvements of the process starting from Migrations up to BAU state. Work closely with stakeholders to identify issues or bottlenecks within operations process and come up with strategic solution to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the process by sharing best practice and driving standardization. Provide innovative solutions, mentor improvement projects; trains and coaches Yellowbelts, Greenbelts and Blackbelts on improvement projects.

• Digital Transformation Function: Good understanding of Low Code/No Code solution, RPA/Cognitive tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Work Fusion) along with knowledge of tool capabilities, features and functionalities • Understanding of Digital transformation solution stack like conversational AI, Intelligent Document process, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI • End to end business solution delivery leadership and ownership across entire delivery lifecycle (diagnostic, solutioning, pricing, client proposals and solution delivery) • Ensure compliance with company and IT procedures, policies, risk and documentation requirements • Highlight risks and issues throughout the project life cycle to respective business unit leader.


Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate in any stream; Trained/Certified Lead Six Sigma Black Belt from a reputed organization with 8-10 years of experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Power Point, Word Doc, Outlook; Process Mapping/Value Stream Mapping using MS Visio; Data Mining and Analysis using statistical tools like Minita.
• Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare payer process and value chain. HaS worked in a similar job in a BPO or an IT company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify business challenges and design innovative AI-driven solutions that address specific needs. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology trends and industry demands in the fast-paced landscape of digital transformation and process improvement.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders, to achieve common objectives. Creative thinking to explore unconventional approaches and solutions in leveraging AI technologies for digital transformation endeavors.
