Job Description
• Work with Senior Vice President to conceptualize, develop and execute short term, mid-term and long-term sales strategies to contribute to the business growth targets for Philippines.
• Responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets, including but not limiting to identification of new opportunities, markets, partnerships, or alliances as well as new account acquisitions and key accounts development.
• Drive Business Development initiatives for the areas of wind and solar energy.
• Develop and coordinate regional business strategies for offshore wind, including Vietnam, in collaboration with Alexander Heitmann.
• Collaborate with multi-stakeholders at global, regional and divisional level as well as strategic partners in project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realization where applicable.
• Acquire and develop talent needed for growth and succession planning, including but not limited to a successor to manage Inspection Services (IS) in the Philippines.
• Recruit, develop, mentor and motivate the sales team to generate, follow-up and close sales leads.
• Manage, drive and oversee operations service delivery teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor, review and analyze project progression to maximize the financial and business performance including receivable management.
• Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
• Any other tasks assigned by your Reporting Officer.
