Director, Surveillance
  • Recommend to Senior Management all aspects of the operations concerning security issues primarily in the Gaming & Cash Handling areas.
  • Advice and counsel Management on issues related to Surveillance Department, in particular Game Protection, and productivity.
  • Develop business plans that create continually increasing effectiveness at optimum costs.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets and capital expenditures.
  • Designate manpower levels for each functional area.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Diploma in Security Management and/or equivalent.
  • Strong background in the gaming industry, security, military, or law enforcement.
