  • Gathers, collects and collates security related reports and information that is vital in the ground operation for evaluation, analysis and appropriate action.
  • Respond to incident and accident, requiring investigative works, ensuring collection of evidence, facts and information is performed to determine root cause and submission of reports within the specified time line
  • Program investigative activities, monitors and evaluates challenges, and secure appropriate resources to complete programmed task, to include coordination with HR team relative to employees considered for employment that needs to undergo background investigation.
  • Perform security liaising with the Philippine National Police (PNP) and Airport Police, CAAP, OTS and other entities with regard to 1Aviation operational requirements.
  • Manage, implement, monitor and review the conduct of special security operations to protect 1Aviation's resources and interests.
  • Conduct security inspection, and test to ensure that 1Aviation security personnel were able to implement security measures in accordance with regulations and standards, at their assigned post (?) in all security operational areas.
  • Screens, evaluates and monitors compliance of requirements for airport pass application, coordinate with concerned units (HR, Operations) for additional requirements to facilitate airport pass processing.
  • Maintains integrity of 1AV employee's personal sensitive information being safe kept, ensures that local and national clearances are regularly updated in compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Formulate standard presentation and reporting system thru the use of excel, power point presentation e-mails and SMS in all stations under the account of 1Aviation security related occurrences such as but not limited to mishandled, damage, misrouted, left behind bags incidents for further evaluation, analysis and appropriate action.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Manager - Security.
  • To undertake assignments or other duties as assigned by the Head of Quality, Safety and Security.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College Graduate preferably BS In Criminology
  • Airline /airport operations experience is preferred
  • With background on Security aspect of airport/airline industry/Ground Handling operation
  • Knowledgeable in information gathering, processing and information security.
