Job Summary
  • Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and installing a bank of screens to effectively survey and secure the premises. This role is crucial in preventing and responding to security and safety situations, protecting people and assets.
  • Responsibilities
  • Operate, monitor, and observe multiple areas simultaneously using the CCTV cameras on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor video feeds from available cameras to prevent and detect inconsistencies/suspicious activities
  • Maintain an open communication with the security team and management
  • Observe, report, and respond to incidents/situations with a sense of urgency and notify the security team and management
  • Write and submit incident reports and ensure the completeness of the documentation necessary
  • Ensure that the CCTV cameras are functioning well and address any deficiencies with a sense of urgency for immediate resolution
  • Conduct routine checks of the CCTV cameras and other equipment
  • Capture, record, and safely keep all pertinent footage

Qualifications/Requirements

Skills
  • Knowledge of the CCTV Security System
  • Tech expert, with experience working in a tech-related field
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of behaviors to identify inconsistencies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to identify small, apparently unnoticeable details that most people would ordinarily overlook
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
Qualifications:
  • At least 1- 2 years of experience in the same or similar role
  • With at least 2 yrs. experience working in IT
  • Familiar with working the CCTV system and related equipment
  • Excellent written and oral communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Familiar with the basics of Word and Excel
