DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scan and digitize physical documents using high-speed scanners to create digital copies.
Ensure that scanned documents are properly named, categorized, and indexed according to company protocols for easy retrieval.
Input or update relevant metadata into document management systems, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
Safely handle and prepare physical documents for scanning. Ensure documents are protected from damage during scanning.
Organize and file digital documents in secure cloud or internal document management systems, ensuring adherence to retention policies.
Ensure all documents containing sensitive or confidential information are handled and stored in compliance with legal and company privacy regulations.
Work closely with other team members, supervisors, and departments to ensure smooth operations and document processing.
