Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets by promoting and selling our products or services in designated areas. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer-oriented approach, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs, present our products or services, and negotiate sales agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products or services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager on a regular basis.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
