•Achieve sales target based on set OPL
•Adheres to set Master Coverage Plan
•Implements the agreed Basic Call Procedure (DIAL Process) to achieve sell-out, distribution, merchandising, market hygiene, and execution of Cycle Plan programs.
•Installs Point of Sale materials and implements trade standards to ensure visibility and accessibility of products.
Customer Management and Trade Development
•Act as the face of the principal in the trade in an ethical and professional manner
•Adheres to set Business Principles in all aspects of operations
•Explores new customers and develop untapped areas for coverage expansion.
•Gather feedback from customers to further improve services, planning and execution of trade activities
Vehicle and Selling Tools Maintenance
•Ensures that assigned cellphone, printer and motorcycle units are properly maintained and in good running condition
Accounts Receivable Management
•Ensures all company funds and properties (i.e., cash, invoices, accountable forms, etc.) are fully accounted for upon demand by authorized company representative
