Job Description

  • To sell the company’s products using the price list provided
    • Opening new accounts that shall be part of the company’s active accounts
    • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
    • Look for opportunities to partner with and expand customer base
    • Inform clients about new products, promos, and changes in product prices and/or sizes
    • Implement sales and marketing program
    • Main intermediary between the company and the customer in achievement of profitable growth through proper stock handling
    • Achieve sales targets measured on a monthly basis
    • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
    • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
    • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
    • Be knowledgeable about the product
    • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
    • Notify the customer if there will be no delivery

Qualifications/Requirements


Education: Vocational course graduate or Diploma of a four-year business course
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in retail environment and product handling
Others:
  • Physically fit and able to lift loads 
  • Has verbal ability to communicate effectively with customers (familiar with local native language is a plus) 
  • Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
  • Strong sense of ethics and good business acumen 
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with wide variety of people each day, build relationship and network
  • Strong knowledge in Baguio, La Trinidad and nearby provinces geography 
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team wide efforts
  • Strong moral integrity
