SALES GENERATION and EXECUTION
• Achieves sales target based on set distributor plans
• Adheres to set Master Coverage Plans
• Implements the agreed Basic Call Procedure (ICE- In Call Execution) to achieve sell-out, distribution, merchandising, market hygiene, and execution of Cycle Plan programs
• Coordinates with merchandisers to ensure visibility and accessibility of products thru the installation of Point of Sale materials and implementation of trade standards
• Implements merchandising activities together with Ex-Truck Driver in stores not covered by third-party merchandisers
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT & TRADE DEVELOPMENT
• Ensures that collections are performed efficiently within his area
• Act as the face of the principal in the trade in an ethical and professional manner
• Gathers feedback from customers to further improve services, planning, and execution of trade activities
• Explores new customers and develops untapped areas for coverage expansion
ACCOUNTABILITY
• Ensures that assigned vehicle is properly maintained and in good running condition
• Conducts regular inventory of truck stocks
• Ensures all company funds and properties (i.e. cash, invoices, accountable forms, etc.) are fully accounted for upon demand by an authorized company representative
OTHERS
• Adheres to company policies and employee code of conduct
• Complies with all company safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures including legal regulations and specific client safety, health, and environment regulations
• Performs any function as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Achievement of sell-out , distribution, strike rate, market hygiene and skewing targets
• Distribution of agreed set of SKU’s in the channels covered (Must Have SKU’s/ Featured and Targeted New Products)
• Consistent application of standards and policies on Field Coverage
• Achieve Merchandising and market hygiene performance targets as set by the management team
• Effective reportage, feedback & communication to Distributor Management
