  • Achievement of sell-out, distribution, reach,  strike rate, market hygiene targets & Introduction of New Products
  • Distribution of agreed set of SKU’s in the channels covered (Must Have Sku’s / Featured and Targeted New Products)
  • Consistent application of standards and policies on Field Coverage
  • Effective reportage, feedback & communication to Distributor Management
  • Achievement of Merchandising standards in designated channel.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Male
  • College graduate (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Preferably with 1 year exposure to front-line sales or field selling operations (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • With basic knowledge on order to cash process.
  • Can drive a motorcycle.
  • Preferably with driver's license (Rest at least Professional 1, 2)
  • Willing to do field work
