  • Sell CEPI products using the proper selling processes i.e. Basic Call Procedure (BCP)
  • Ensure superior customer servicing; sees to it that the requirements and concerns of customers are promptly addressed
  • Engage the customer in developing activities geared towards the promotion and higher sell out of the CEPI brands
  • Conduct regular and frequent visits to the outlets handled. i.e. meets with the Managers & Purchasers, and checks the selling area
  • Negotiate with the customer an appropriate ordering of CEPI stocks and manage the correct inventory level per store covered
  • Formulate and recommend the right monthly sales volume target per outlet covered; sees to it that these targets are achieved every month
  • Make sales reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing sales performance data and market trends
  • Prepare and conduct business reviews with customers - monthly or bi-annually
  • Ensure the proper merchandising of CEPI product in the selling areas of the stores covered
  • Make sure that the merchandising team are well equipped and better supervised for them to execute their function accordingly
  • Regularly conduct evaluation of the Merchandising agency and the merchandisers from which he will recommend to the CEPI top management the continuance or termination of the agency or merchandiser
  • Monitor, gather and analyze pertinent sales information, market trends, competitive programs and the outlets' activities of which he promptly gives feedback to the CEPI management
  • Monitor & manage the Accounts Receivables and ensures the prompt collection of the said A/Rs
  • Track the delivery of orders through proper coordination with the Logistics department
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superiors

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-yr. business course or any related course.
  • With experience in selling.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft operation.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Aggressive, Honest and Team Player.
  • Possesses good moral character.
