- Ensures effective and efficient inventory of outlet’s stocks as evidenced by continuous reduction of occurrences of illegitimate B.O.’s, stock outs, over stock and ensuring ICO-compliance strict checking and monitoring via SFA
C. Bad Orders and Stock Returns Management
- Ensures strict implementation of policy, systems and procedures on bad orders and stock returns as evidenced by non-occurrence of illegitimate B.O.’s and attainment of Bad Orders CSR objective.
D. Report Preparation and Submission of Collection
- Ensures timely submission of accurate reports, purchase orders and collections.
E. Marketing Program Assistance
- Ensures maximum assistance in the implementation of Marketing Programs in his area as evidenced by keeping abreast of the latest market conditions, product innovation and price changes and timely retrieval of information needed by Marketing.
F. Pricing
- Ensures that our brands are properly and competitively priced in all outlets where they are distributed.
G. Customer Trade Relation
- Ensures maintenance of Customers and Trade Relations with the accounts of the assigned blocks, area/regions as evidenced by continuous good business patronage of Company products, with strategic or “hot spot” product display in the outlets and supportive of company’s objectives.
H. Trade Information and Competitive Reporting
- Provide immediate, complete and accurate reports on significant competitive activities, as well as economic/trade conditions pertinent to MNC products in the area.
