JOB SUMMARY
The Outlet Sales Supervisor is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations in the outlet. He/she ensures delivery of excellent customer service by overseeing that customers are assisted in locating, selecting and purchasing products while providing technical support and assistance to other Outlet Sales team members so as to achieve maximum sales and meet Sales Targets.
This position also plays a vital role in creating new and maintaining existing accounts of customers. While generating sales, the Outlet Sales Supervisor also makes sure of exhibiting and maintaining proper branding of the organization.
BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide input on outlet sales strategies, customer management, and hands-on sales functions.
• Help implement approved sales plans and initiatives through review and forecast.
• Provide technical assistance to outlet sales team’s execution of approved plans and initiatives.
• Monitor sales, targets, and performance including continuous improvement and guidance to Outlet Sales Team.
• Coordinating with other key departments in executing sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly Outlet Sales reports.
• Monitor inventory to ensure movement according to targets, including FIFO and ED monitoring to avoid spoilage/wastages.
• Conduct periodic performance appraisal of all Outlet Sales staff.
• Conduct scheduled and/or on-the-spot outlet cash count.
• Plan and prepare periodic schedule of employees, including holidays, to ensure appropriate manning during outlet operations.
• Ensure that all equipment and trade tools assigned in the Outlet are in good working condition.
• Ensure adequate supplies during outlet operations, including wet and dry items for sale, and outlet operations supplies.
• Monitoring of process or employee non-compliances, and its corresponding action and resolutions.
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by superiors from time to time.
