Job Description

  • Assists the Sales Unit Head in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling Field Sales Unit operations in Visayas. Recommends SUH improvements on current sales strategies and effective sales and marketing concepts and or directions.
  • leads the sales specialists, and sales trainees in the implementation of sales strategies and tactics and monitors the performance of these members.
  • assists in building a strong company image; manages and maintains good customer and trade relations by periodic visitations and prompt and proper handling and resolution of customer concerns.
  • monitors compliance of sales specialists and sales trainees on daily field sales activity reports.
  • coordinates with finance on matters about sales collections and accounts monitoring such as good and bad standing accounts; overdue accounts and price adjustments, return parts items, and other related matters.
  • assists in the design of information systems for efficient management, monitoring, and control of field sales unit operations in the Luzon area.
  • assist oz heads in coming up with a consolidated and comprehensive market intelligence report.
  • monitors and evaluates sales specialists and sales trainees performance on a quarterly basis.
  • perform other tasks/projects or related functions that immediate superior or management may assign from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): leadership skills, innovative, resourceful, service oriented, team player, analytical.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel around Visayas Area.
