Gift Registry Advisor
Manage the Day-to-Day Operation
• Monitor all event status created and received in Gifted Console
• Ensure that all personal information in the system is complete and correct
• Call the Registrants and offer items related to their event that can be added in the wish list
• Verify availability of selected merchandise as scheduled by reviewing stocks. Systems and
coordinates with the department
• Process Order Slip to the designated counter for Gift Registry
• Deliver Registrants’ gifts on time
Monitor Gift Registry (GR) Sales Achievement
• Track GR sales vs target on a daily basis
• Provide action when target is not met
Generate Reports
• Prepare and generate monthly report based on the requirement
GR Room Management
• Ensure that GR cabinets are updated on display based on the season/theme
• Update events on the snap-on frames
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the area
Handle Customer Complaint
• Resolve complaints in a timely manner, remaining calm even under pressure
• Follow-through customer concerns/issues
Handle Gift Registry Assistant/Staff
• Monitor attendance, manage absences and conduct performance evaluation
• Supervise the monitoring and handling of events
