Qualifications:
Business Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology, Management
Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience in Sales
Must have excellent communication, math, decision-making, customer service and leadership skills
Must be detail-oriented
Proficient in computer applications
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
Monitor Inventory stock and reorder when necessary
Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales
Coach, counsel, recruit, train and discipline employees
Record sales figures on a day-to-day basis
