Key Accountabilities
The Sales Supervisor is the glue that holds the sales team together, responsible for mentoring members of their sales team, implementing sales techniques, assigning sales training, identifying priorities and eliminating redundant activities to increase sales, and coordinating sales operations that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Point person to activate business partners like offices, establishment etc for the deployment of Casino Plus promoters.
Manage the overall management of the sales promoters.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence and capture key demographics.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the team’s strengths and weaknesses.
Conduct regular one-on-one meeting with team members to discuss progress, identify development needs, and set goals.
Make propositions, give suggestions, and designate sales targets and job obligations to each sales staff.
Give prompt reports on crucial issues to the direct manager, suggest answers where obtainable.
Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new clients by partnering with them.
Oversee financial invoicing for all department activities within the set budget.
Appraise the performance of staff, give suggestions, reward or award punishment, and offer proposals on dismissal of personnel where applicable.
Other Duties
Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
Solicit for other job duties needing attention to enhance service and improve customers’ contentment to a reasonable extent.
Attend conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities.
To respond to changes in the marketing function as dictated by the Company.
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
