POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible in the general oversight and management of all Sales and Marketing efforts and activities in the assigned Sales Center such as product line distribution, product promotions, credit and collection, product inventory, petty cash and preparation of Sales and Marketing reports.

PRODUCT LINE DISTRIBUTION
- Monitor and ensure availability of stocks for the existing dealers/ outlet.
- Monitor company’s market share and develop strategies to increase it.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers as committed.
- Look and develop new customers, dealers and outlets in the assigned area to increase market share.
- Ensure and monitor that disbursements of petty cash fund is in accordance with what it is intended for based on Finance and Accounting
- policies and guidelines.
PRODUCT INVENTORY
- Monitor stock position daily and maintain ample supply of all products.
- Initiate requests for the supply of products based on the determined critical supply level.
- Ensure proper documentation of the “ins” and “outs” of products to avoid shortage.
- Monitor competitors sales and marketing activities which may affect the Company’s market share and report the same to the immediate
- superior for proper disposition.
- Monitor 200% cylinder revolution against purchases for all approved Scheme C customers.
