Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity and sales metrics
  • Perform verification of production output according to specifications
  • Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers
  • Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings.
  • Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems
  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
  • Prepare and submit performance reports
  • Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 to 3 years’ Sales Experience in a call center environment is required.
  • Willing to work on a night/graveyard shift
  • Ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Good technical skills in the use of Excel and CRM tools.
  • Flexible and is able to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
