PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and implement a retail sales program
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, competitors' activities and other market and economic indicators
  • Meet sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning sales personnel; following up on work results
  • Maintain sales output by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training sales personnel

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • To be assigned in Mandaue, Cebu
  • Graduate of any 4-years business related course
  • At least 4 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Must be analytical and has problem-solving skills
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Process-oriented and keen on details
  • Has excellent people skills
  • Knows how to drive and has a driver's license
  • Above-average computer literacy
