Job Description

The Sales Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales department by providing administrative support, managing sales data and systems, and assisting in sales strategy development. They play a pivotal role in enhancing sales team productivity and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Budget and Operational Expenses Handling
    • Collaborate with Field Sales Associates and Regional Sales Officers to streamline and improve sales processes specifically in Loan Ranger tablet administration.
    • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales cycle and propose solutions.
    • Provide training and support to the sales team on LR and LRM tablet administration.
    • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Assist in the development of sales collateral and presentations.
  • Process Management
    • Oversee and optimize loan application processing and approval workflows.

    • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in relation to CSB/partner requirements.
    • Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
      • Advisory Update Releasing
    • Billing Requirement
      • Declares accurate LSG performance via the LSG BCP-KPI Report
      • Ensure that data to be billed are accurate
      • Collaborates with LSG team and Finance regarding this sub process
  • Automation of Administrative Tasks and Reporting
    • Design, implement, and manage automated systems for loan reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness, all parameters covered and considered.
    • Collaborate with IT to integrate loan reporting systems /dashboards.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot automated reporting systems to ensure consistent performance.
  • Sales Management Process Automation
    • Develop and implement automated processes for sales management, including lead tracking, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
    • Ensure seamless integration of sales management tools with CRM (soon) systems and other business applications.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for process improvement and implement automation solutions to address these areas.
  • Reportorial Function
    • Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for the sales team and senior management.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all sales-related reports.
    • Ensure that the sales team follows all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Maintain documentation related to sales compliance.
    • Assist in managing and nurturing customer relationships by providing relevant data and insights to the sales team.
    • Undertake special projects and assignments as requested by the sales leadership team.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Experience: Experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role;
  • Experience in managing sales data, CRM systems, and loan management systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
    • Skills: Proficiency in CSB systems and Microsoft Office / Google Sheet;
      • At least 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations or support position;
