  • Ensures that each route is being serviced 100% regularly
  • Achievement of set KPI’s and volume objectives
  • Route ride activity with Salesmen (5 days a week) to enhance sales agents trade service level and must be supported by a training worksheet form.
  • On the job coaching for current & newly hired Saturators
  • Ensure timely submission of all required data and reports
  • Conducts applicant in-depth interview and proper endorsement to HR for possible hiring.
  • Proficient in using Matrix/ SFA Program
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with principal’s representative, customers etc
  • Responsible for the discipline and supervision of all assigned Salesmen

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must have knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Route and Distribution Management
  • Written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills, an advantage
  • Holder of Professional Driver’s License ( Restriction Code 123)
  • Computer Proficient
