Call Center Sales Representatives contact potential customers by telephone and complete tasks such as making cold calls to people who haven't expressed their interest, identifying customer needs, placing orders, and providing information about products and services.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Open to HS Graduates/SHS Graduates/College undergraduates/College graduates
  • With at least 6 months of BPO or ESL teaching experience is a PLUS!
  • Inbound and Outbound telephone sales experience in a call centre environment is also an advantage.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
