Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers including contractors, developers, builders, consultants, and infrastructure companies.
• Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products and services to meet sales targets.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate concrete grades and solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and close orders.
• Coordinate with the bathing plant team to schedule deliveries as per customer needs.
• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the supply process.
• Collect feedback from clients and address any service-related issues promptly.
• Represent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its offerings.
• Manage the accounts and segment of responsibility effectively and efficiently.
• Forecast and assess competitive market competitions (i.e. price, competition, supply and demand).
• Manage accounts receivables effectively and efficiently. Collect payments on a timely manner.
• Adjust sales techniques according to interactions and result in the field.
• Maximize sales performance through strong relationship and clients and awareness of their needs.
• Need to accomplished monthly quota given by EIKON.
• Participate in site visits and meetings with clients and technical teams when required.
• Performs other function that may be assigned from time to time.
