JOB PURPOSE:
The sales Officer is responsible for all sales activities, which start from attending to customer’s
inquiries, offering advice, presenting our products and services, and persuading customers to make a
purchase. The main objective of a Sales Officer is to deliver the set sales quota of the branch.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Attend inquiries, offer advice and solutions, and introduce products to clients.
Get customer information and follow up on customer inquiries to close sales.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient, and reliable services.
2. CAF GENERATION:
Conduct customer interviews to fill out application forms, ensure completion of Credit
Application Forms with necessary information, and conduct table CI.
3. SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT:
Present and sell company products and services to potential and current clients.
Achieve individual sales targets and quotas on a monthly.
4. MARKETING ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTATION:
Propose and conduct monthly marketing activity programs to generate sales volume
and achieve targets.
Identify product improvements by monitoring industry trends, market activities, and
competitors.
5. PRODUCT DISPLAY:
Maintain showroom and display areas, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness,
and stay informed about available inventory and product features.
