Job Description

E-commerce Management

Online Sales Oversight:
● Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and product
visibility on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Pickaroo.
● Utilize promotions like sponsored solution, affiliate marketing, discounts, flash sales,
bundles, and vouchers to drive purchases.

Product Management:
● Maintain accurate product information, descriptions, and high-quality images for Alvitaph,
Marimerph, and Bodyguard.
● Conduct competitor analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies and optimize
marketing efforts.

Store Decoration:
● Design and implement appealing store layouts and themes on e-commerce platforms to
enhance the online shopping experience.
● Regularly update store banners, product showcases, and promotional visuals to reflect
ongoing campaigns and seasonal events.
● Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure cohesive branding and eye-catching
displays.

Inventory and Order Fulfillment:
● Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and demand forecasts to ensure stock availability
and timely restocking.
● Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely order
fulfillment.
● Address order-related issues such as cancellations, returns, and customer concerns.

Legal Compliance:
● Process legal documents and certifications required to maintain eligibility for selling on
e-commerce platforms.
● Ensure compliance with platform-specific regulations and guidelines, including business
registration, permits, and tax-related documentation.● Regularly update and renew documentation to avoid disruptions in e-commerce
operations.

Performance Monitoring:
● Analyze key e-commerce metrics like traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
● Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend data-driven
strategies to optimize campaigns.

Customer Service:
● Answer inquiries promptly from customers via e-commerce platforms, addressing
product questions, order concerns, and feedback.
● Resolve issues such as order cancellations, return requests, and delivery delays to
ensure a positive customer experience.

Social Media Management

Content Creation and Posting:
● Develop engaging content calendars for Alvitaph, Marimerph, and Bodyguard.
● Work with graphic artists to produce various formats such as images, videos,
infographics, and live streams.
● Post content across all social media platforms in alignment with the approved
calendar to ensure consistent and timely updates.
● Create PR kits for influencers, including branded items, sample products, and
personalized materials to effectively promote the brand.

Community Engagement:
● Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly and courteously.
● Track and analyze engagement metrics, addressing negative feedback professionally.
● Collaborate with influencers to enhance reach and brand messaging, ensuring proper
use of PR kits and alignment with campaign goals.

Retailer Liaison

Partner Communication:
● Serve as the primary contact for retail partners, addressing inquiries and concerns
promptly.
● Provide product knowledge and marketing materials to retail partners..Order and Delivery Coordination:
● Coordinate with retailers to ensure accurate and timely placement of orders.
● Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee the efficient delivery of
products to retail partners.
● Address any issues related to delayed shipments, order discrepancies, or product
damages.

Consignment Management:
● Monitor and reconcile consignment inventory.
● Facilitate timely payment collection and generate sales performance reports for
consigned products.

Promotions:
● Plan and execute promotional activities tailored for retail partners, such as discounts,
bundles, or special offers.
● Collaborate with retailers to implement in-store or online campaigns that enhance
product visibility and drive sales.
● Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies based on
performance data.

Events and Sponsorships
● Be present at major events and manage the brand booth to ensure effective product
representation and customer engagement.
● Assist the ABM in producing all necessary materials for events, ensuring all resources
are prepared and align with the event's objectives.

Marketing Strategies, CSR, and Collateral

Marketing Campaigns:
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
● Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting retailers, healthcare professionals
(HCPs), and consumers.
● Coordinate with other RGMC brands for sponsorships, tie-ups, and collaborations.
● Coordinate with the Key Account Specialist to identify and address sponsorship needs,
ensuring alignment with partner requirements and objectives.

CSR Initiatives:
● Collaborate with HR on community outreach and charity programs.Marketing Collateral:
● Design and produce brochures, PR kits, sales decks, and other related marketing
materials.

Reports
● Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other necessary metrics
for both retailers and e-commerce platforms
● Track inventory trends to ensure stock availability and predict future demand.
● Provide insights and recommendations based on sales and inventory data to optimize
product listings and fulfillment strategies.
● Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports on platform performance, sales
trends, and key operational metrics for internal review.
● Accomplish monthly online operations reports

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
