The frontline personnel for Bangko Kabayan’s financial services to micro and small entrepreneurs and farmers. S/He is responsible for developing and managing clients in the communities assigned to him/her, ensuring timely delivery of services to clients and on- time repayments on loans.

Qualifications/Requirements

BS Degree Holder, preferably in business/development communication-related course
Computer literate with good communication skills
Must be genuinely interested in sales and handling people
With banking/financial background is an advantage
Willing to do both field and office work
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Knows how to drive a motorcycle with driver’s license is an advantage
