Job Description

  1. Monitor sales data, out of stock, pricing, stock levels, and quality of displays (account merchandising standards) and analyze this information to identify areas for improvement to be able to implement strategies in maximizing sales and product visibility.
  2. Conduct regular store visits to check and monitor competitive activities such as brand launching, advertising and promotion campaigns, price surveys and to inform management about such activities
  3. Develops and executes growth plans for the area to achieve sales and distribution objectives.
  4. Ensure the pipe lining, distribution and visibility of the products.
  5. Negotiate activities and other supports from Head Office to trade.
  6. Coordinate with the Logistics Department on the targeted schedule of order processing & deliveries
  7. Coordinate with the Credit & Collection Department on collections & aging of receivables
  8. Complies with Permanent Journey Plan (itinerary) and monitor coverage efficiency.
  9. Manages accounts receivables to trade.
  10. Establish good working relationships with key accounts decision-makers and anyone who has influence with respect to the handled categories.

Qualifications/Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): English, Filipino
  3. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  4. Required Skill(s): Good communication and active listening skills, Strategic prospecting skills, Time Management
  5. Preferably One to four- years Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  6. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Offices (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
