What we're looking for
At least 1 YEAR of experience in Sales
At least 6 months of BPO experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Creative in closing strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a call center
With a pleasing personality
Must have grit and perseverance
Flexible with shifting schedules.
