Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.(Associate degree or vocational course graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.)
-At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations—preferably in manpower, staffing, or service-based industries
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to confidently present and negotiate with clients.
-Strong people skills; capable of building rapport and maintaining client relationships.
-Goal-driven with a strong sense of initiative and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Trustworthy, reliable, and maintains confidentiality in client dealings.
-Can work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
