Purpose of this Role
• Drive sales growth by promoting GP Group Insurance products through partner brokers.
• Provide dedicated client support to partner brokers, ensuring efficient service and timely
responses.
• Develop and strengthen business relationships with partner brokers to generate new business
opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new brokers to expand market reach.
Main Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Promote and sell GP Group Life Insurance products through partner brokers.
• Introduce Generali’s capabilities and product offerings to new and existing brokers.
• Convert prospective clients into policyholders, ensuring sustainable business growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned broker accounts.
Client & Broker Support
• Provide timely and effective client support by coordinating with Group Life Operations and
other support units.
• Address and resolve brokers’ concerns and inquiries efficiently.
Relationship Management
• Establish and nurture productive business relationships with partner brokers.
• Deliver high-quality service to brokers and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administrative & Reporting Functions
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations.
Other Responsibilities
• Undertake tasks necessary to achieve the company’s goals.
