Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery and Support:
Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates, focusing on BillEase products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Ensure all SAs have a thorough understanding of sales financing processes, policies, and best practices.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.
Performance Evaluation:
Monitor and evaluate SA performance in the field, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
Provide actionable feedback and implement tailored training plans to address performance gaps.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to streamline and improve field training processes.
Develop training materials, tools, and resources that align with BillEases objectives and values.
Field Engagement:
Conduct 100% fieldwork to observe and support SAs during live customer interactions.
Act as a liaison between the SAs and management to address challenges and implement solutions promptly.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Leverage analytical skills to track training outcomes and SA performance metrics.
Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and recommendations for continuous improvement.
