Sales Officer is primarily responsible for generation of contracts emanating from solicitation of credit applications from assigned dealership. Sales officer conducts pre-screening activities that include interview with customer face to face or through phone call.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generates contracts by solicitation of application, pre-screening, gathering and reviewing of requirements prior submission to Credit department.
- Monitors movement of account and updates dealer on decision and feedback.
- Covers and represents the company to assigned dealer. Builds and establishes rapport with sales force and counterpart.
- Monitors booked accounts and assists on follow-up activity regarding pending document and related issues.
- Participates actively in dealer sales meetings, showroom events, sales caravans and fleet visits.
