Job Description

Sales Officer is primarily responsible for generation of contracts emanating from solicitation of credit applications from assigned dealership. Sales officer conducts pre-screening activities that include interview with customer face to face or through phone call.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Generates contracts by solicitation of application, pre-screening, gathering and reviewing of requirements prior submission to Credit department.
  • Monitors movement of account and updates dealer on decision and feedback.
  • Covers and represents the company to assigned dealer. Builds and establishes rapport with sales force and counterpart.
  • Monitors booked accounts and assists on follow-up activity regarding pending document and related issues.
  • Participates actively in dealer sales meetings, showroom events, sales caravans and fleet visits.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing or other related courses.
  • At least 1-2 years' work experience in banking, financial institution, preferably in the Operations or Customer Service Department.
  • Possesses knowledge in Marketing, Corporate Sales, and Portfolio Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and customer service oriented.
  • Willing to work on site in Makati, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Cebu.
