JOB SENSE: MAKING SPORTS PEOPLE HAPPY IS MY JOB
WORKING HOURS: This PART-TIME position requires 3 days a week (8 hours shifts excluding lunch breaks). Your regular weekly schedule will depend on the needs of the project. We trust and expect you to organize your time and availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
I know and talk to my users (in-store, online, and on the field!) and the main actors of my sport to establish a personal relationship with them.
I am accountable for the business performance and profitability of my sport.
Using my knowledge of the local market, I determine my layout plans and my products and services offers (in-store and online)
I decide the resources to implement, to ensure the safety of people and goods in my sport department.
Accompanied by my leader, I decide on my personal development: Developing the skills related to my job or to other areas that are passionate for me. (Do what I love).
