JOB SUMMARY:The Sales Associate supports the company in achieving its sales goals and use business development skills in identifying, qualifying, obtaining prospective clients,
improve quality service and retain relationships with existing clients. To maintain solid understanding of current marketing conditions and business trends, to create offer that will boost company margins. Also, acts as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare action plan and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Prepares presentations and proposals and present it to prospective clients or identified targets.
- Reviews documents submitted by clients for accreditation.
- Ensures documents submitted by clients are complete and accurate.
- Prepares and monitors chassis lease agreements.
- Prepare schedule of PDC’s for long-term lease chassis.
- Establishes and maintains potential and current client relationships by conducting regular visits.
- Prepare sales update report including other sales related reports as required.
- Develop and implement special sales program to increase sales and chassis utilization.
- Document sales process and procedures
- Coordinate with Credit and Collection team regarding delinquent clients and collection matters.
- Coordinate with Operations regarding client chassis requirements and concerns.
- Coordinate with Accounting regarding client concerns on rates and billing.
- Ensure accurate encoding of rental billings in the Accounting system.
- Create an entry for incoming clients in the Accounting System.
- Maintains a systematic, organized and updated records and documents of clients.
- Maintains an electronic copies of contracts and clients records for easy access.
- Maintains an electronic file of rental invoices.
- Assists/Makes sure to be involved/available in the annual audit cycle.
- Performs other official/miscellaneous functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
