Role Purpose:
Responsible for performing direct selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Consistently offers high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service. Assists customers in the selection of merchandise and directs them to the nearest counter for payment.
• Replenishes and arranges stocks on display and ensure availability in the selling area.
• Assists in the inventory taking: ensures the safety of merchandise and maintains the cleanliness of the selling area.
• Engages with customers and endorses directs complaints to superior for proper handling (if any).
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
