1. Streamline the processing of purchase orders (P.O.) to guarantee on-time delivery without any unnecessary delays, while proactively addressing any concerns during the pre-sales order preparation phase
2. Acknowledge and provide timely updates on customer inquiries, including but not limited to delivery date requests, requests for quotations (RFQs), and the status of product development, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
3. Effectively manages customer complaints and solicits feedback, taking proactive steps to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the resolution process.
4. Track and continuously monitor the status of sales forecasts to ensure accuracy and inform data-driven decision-making.
5. Conduct comprehensive project briefings for New Product Development (NPD) items, ensuring all key stakeholders are informed and aligned with project objectives.
6. Delivers regular updates on new sales generation initiatives and promptly addresses any sales-related concerns or issues.
7. Provide the Sales Management team and Business Development team with regular updates, addressing any concerns and sharing progress updates related to their respective accounts.
8. Prepare, review, and maintain all sales-related documents, including contracts, purchase orders, and quotations. Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies, industry regulations, and requirements.
9. Verify the accuracy of purchase orders, including product details, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules, and communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders.
10. Manage and update customer accounts within the company's database or CRM system, regularly reviewing account details for accuracy, and proactively addressing any concerns through collaboration with other departments and the sales management and business development section.
11. Serve as a primary point of contact for the Sales and Marketing team regarding documentation inquiries and account-related matters.
12. Ensure that all matters pertaining to each specific account are meticulously addressed and appropriately directed to the Sales Engineer and Sales Planner for comprehensive resolution.
13. Perform assigned tasks from time to time.
