Job Description

  • Assist in the daily operations of the department under his responsibility; assumes the responsibility of the Store Supervisor in the latter’s absence and do closely related duties as may be assigned.
  • Responsible for delivery of sales target under his departments.
  • Ensuring that all aging merchandise are being disposed properly.
  • Responsible for accuracy of prices and stocks to be delivered to customer.
  • Maintains discipline in the branch and require therein the observance of company policies, regulation and standard operating procedure.
  • Orients SUC and Sales Demo with Ace policies and standards.
  • Orients SUC and Sales Demo on methods of displaying merchandise.
  • Keeps Selling Personnel under his department fully informed of or familiarized with all stocks (old & new), prices, major indications and stock locations. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Preferably Male
  • Can lead a team
  • Experience in Sales or Marketing is an advantage
