We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms of our Logistics Company Client. Successful candidates will participate in developing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing the company’s social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to comments, and analyzing performance.
• Content Creation: Support the creation of blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and other digital content, ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand voice and goals.
• SEO & SEM: Assist in implementing basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building to increase organic search visibility. Assist in paid search campaigns as needed.
• Email Marketing: Help design and schedule email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email sequences. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other performance metrics.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like social media insights and email campaign data to track performance, identify trends, and provide regular reports on key metrics (website traffic, conversions, engagement, etc.)
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the execution of paid advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activities to provide insights and suggestions for campaign improvements.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Probationary)
Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
